When you press option you click on "enter game cheat" and then enter the 
cheat there: 

Code          Effect
--------------------
IAMRICH     - 10k
HYPERSPEED  - Makes you go super fast.
GETHUMMER   - Gets you a hummer but you can only use it when you got a bike.
MYGIRLCAR   - Gets you a convertible.
THEEXPERT   - Opens up all jobs for you.
KRACE33     - Unlimited Fuel.
MAPON       - Gives you the gprs map which can be opened by going to the options 
              button then click current status at the top then click gprs at the 
              bottom.
