Go to C:\Program Files\Bumps & edit "Bumps_save_1.sav".
You will see values associated with each room as follows. 

[room1]
locked=0
medal=g

Just change you want to level static "locked=0" type in all level
to room1 to room99 look room 1 locked=0 medal=g type all rooms 
like that.
