2.In a day 2-5 tree/s in your restaurant give coins when you click 1 coin in 1 tree.
3.Thinking if you should close your restaurant before you leave it answer is NO DON'T
  CLOSE IT YOU will only lose 2-4 popularity of your restaurant before you leave let 
  your workers get 90.00% or + energy so they will give you 2000 when you come back 
  let them eat a sandwich because they have 0.00% energy if you have 8 WORKERS you 
  will earn 400 after all doing your workers eating.
