When rebuilding a county side, captain England. When selecting
international players, choose players from sides you are going to
play against so they will not have a strong side. Doing this would
allow you to win the County and National Leagues. 
Therefore, funds will flow into your club allowing you to purchase
and keep better players. Also, when purchasing younger players buy
the players that cost the most as they will turn out to be future 
champions.
